Since our services involve custom digital work and made-to-order projects, refunds are generally not available after the completed files or projects have been delivered.
If an error occurs due to our work or the delivered files do not match the agreed requirements, we will make reasonable corrections or revisions at no additional charge.
Refund requests may be considered only in cases where work has not been started or where we are unable to deliver the agreed service.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
